All Sphynx kittens purchased come with a health guarantee. Within 10 days of purchasing your new Sphynx kitten, you must take him/her to a licensed veterinarian for an examination. If the veterinarian determines within 10 days that your kitten is clinically ill or has died from an injury sustained or an illness contracted on or before the date of sale and delivery, you can contact us.

Our kittens are 100% guaranteed to be in good health and free of any signs of infection, contagious, or communicable diseases at the time of adoption. We take pride in maintaining a relationship with you beyond the point of adoption. As a family of breeders, experienced Sphynx kitten counselors, and devoted Sphynx lovers, we strive to ensure nothing goes wrong with our kittens. However, certain factors are beyond our control. A kitten’s health depends on genetics, exercise, food, nourishment, and overall care. While we cannot guarantee that your Sphynx kitten will never have a health problem, we promise to do our best to ensure your new family member is healthy.

We do not believe your Sphynx kitten is replaceable but understand that sometimes the pain can be lessened with the company of another furry friend. In the unlikely event of the death of your Sphynx kitten within one year from its date of birth due to genetics, or if the kitten is found to have congenital or hereditary disorders within the first year that adversely affect its health, we will replace the kitten with another of equivalent value at no cost to you. The cause of death must be certified by a licensed veterinarian.

All our Sphynx kittens undergo an extensive health check before coming home to you. This health check is performed by our veterinarian, who fills out our Veterinary Health Report. This report, created by a licensed veterinarian, examines every Sphynx kitten’s condition, covering cardiovascular, skin, coat, eyes, mouth, teeth, gums, musculoskeletal, respiratory, ears, urogenital, and gastrointestinal systems.

We require this report to be completed close to the date your Sphynx kitten comes home to ensure that the health evaluation is recent. This report is then reviewed internally for any issues or concerns noted by our veterinarian. We also require that you have your Sphynx kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within four days of receiving the kitten.

By following these guidelines, we aim to ensure the continued health and happiness of your new Sphynx kitten.
